3D Printing

Did you design something that you want to try 3D printing? How about something you found online?

Well, come speak to Mr. Register about the design. Our 3D printers are not professional models by any means, but they can do a good job in many cases. Depending on various factors, we might be able to 3D print something a Thornton student has designed…for a small fee. The cost will vary depending on the amount of material used at the rates below. This only applies to projects not printed as part of a class project. Rates are subject to change as needed.

This opportunity is only available to current Thornton Junior High School staff and students. Outside requests will not be considered. Prints produced must be school appropriate.

The total amount of material used cannot be identified until attempting to create a print. The print will not be made until you have seen and agreed to the price. All funds raised will go towards the purchase of additional filament, printers, upgrades, and additional resources for the STEM program.
